Title:
FLUIDIZED BED SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3023081
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluidized bed system which can be operated and maintained easily in safety by sustaining a stabilized fluid state surely while reducing the scattering amount at the time of processing (e.g. drying, heating, or cooling) a material having wide grain size distribution, e.g. coal or slag using a fluidized bed system.
SOLUTION: The fluidized bed system comprises a porous planar diffuser 12 disposed on the underside of fluidized bed section, a hopper-like wind box 16 disposed on the underside of the porous planar diffuser 12, and a unit 29 coupled with the lower end of the wind box 16 in order to discharge particles falling into the wind box (falling matter) continuously or intermittently.
