Title:
FLUIDIZED BED TYPE CLASSIFYING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3318313
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed type classifying machine devised in the structure of a coarse grain and powder discharge chute in such a manner that the flow property of the coarse grain and powder flow in the coarse grain and powder discharge chute is lowered by expelling the air of the coarse grain and powder flow in order to prevent the flushing of the fluidize bed type classifying machine and that the coarse grain and powder flow in the coarse grain and powder discharge chute is made nearly uniform with respect to its entire flow passage section by supressing the flowing down rate of the central part of the flow passage section.
SOLUTION: On the premise of the fluidized bed type classifying machine having the coarse grain and powder discharge chute perpendicular to the bottom of the classifying machine body of the fluidized bed type classifying machine, the sidewalls of the coarse grain and powder discharge chute are formed as inclined walls and the outlet opening area of the chute is made smaller than the inlet opening area and the interior of the coarse grain and powder discharge chute is equally segmented by disposing a vertical partition wall within the chute.
