Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable combustion of waste and excellent and easy extraction of noncombustible, in a fluidized bed incinerator.
SOLUTION: In a circulation type fluidized bed type incinerator comprising a furnace body 1 having a fluidized bed and a combustion chamber S; a cyclone 2 to separate a flow medium and unburned combustible in combustion gas G discharged from the furnace body; a loop seal part 3 to return the separated flow medium and the unburned combustible into the furnace body 1 and form a fluidized bed 7 on a floor 3d by fluidizing air A injected through a nozzle 15 situated on the floor 3d, a charge opening 3a for waste W is formed in the loop seal part 3 and a floor 3d of the loop seal part 3 is formed in a downward slope state. Further, a noncombustible extraction mechanism 5 is provided that noncombustible W', unburnt combustible, and the fluid medium in the loop seal part 3 are extracted to the lower side of the floor 3d of the loop seal part 3, and only the unburned combustible W' is discharged to the outside of a furnace and the fluid medium and the unburned combustible are returned in the loop seal part 3 or the furnace body 1.
