PURPOSE: To obtain a fluidized layer heat exchanger, good in response and smooth in the change of the amount of heat transfer, by a method wherein pipe type dispersers, supplying fluidizing air at all times, are arranged at the vicinities of an inlet ports and an outlet ports of circulating particles while a pipe type disperser, capable of controlling ventilation for a plurality of fluidizing air supplying pipes separately, is arranged at the bottom side of the heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: The group of heat transfer tubes 21 is arranged in the main body 30 of a fluidized layer so as to cover the whole area of an intermediate part in up-and-down direction while a first pipe type disperser 33A, consisting of a plurality of fluidizing air supplying pipes 19,..., is arranged above the group of heat transfer tubes 21. A second pipe type disperser 33b is arranged near a circulating particles outlet port 32, positioned below the group of heat transfer tubes 21, while a third pipe type disperser 33C is arranged in the part of the fluidized layer except the part near the outlet port 32 respectively. Fluidizing air from a fan and the like is supplied to the first and second pipe type dispersers 33A, 33B at all times while the third pipe type disperser 33C can control ventilation for the fluidizing air supplying tubes 19 one by one. Accordingly, the amount of heat transfer may be regulated by controlling the ventilation of the third pipe type disperser 33C for the fluidizing air supplying pipes 19.
