To provide a fluidizing treating construction method in which fluidized treated soil, in which a volumetric change is difficult to occur and which has high quality, can be applied even when large force works to fluidized treated soil by a strong earthquake ground motion.
In the fluidizing treating construction method in which soil is manufactured so that soil to be treated, a solidifying material and adjusted mud, in which specific gravity is adjusted, or water are kneaded and required wet density is obtained, a triaxial test is conducted at confining pressure, where soil covering pressure at a place, where fluidized treated soil is arranged, is assumed. In the construction method, whether or not a positive dilatancy appears after the bonding of a cementation by the solidifying material is broken is confirmed from the result of the test while the presence of the ductility of a breaking strain after the cementation is broken is confirmed from a stress-strain curve, in which the result of the test is shown in the relationship of a stress and the strain, and the volumetric change of fluidized treated soil at confining pressure where soil covering pressure is assumed is confirmed.
