Abstract:
To provide a fluidized-bed incinerating furnace stabilized with the combustion against the change of water contents of sludge without the operation of controlling the flow of sludge or burner oil.
A fluidized bed incinerating furnace is provided with a free board 23 at the upper part thereof, a sand bed 22 at the lower part thereof, and a plurality of sludge feeders 41, 42 at locations independently different in height. Further, the furnace is provided with a moisture content meter 46 connecting a sludge feeding system 45 to the sludge feeders 41, 42 via valves 43, 44, and a controller 47 for controlling opening/closing operation of the valves 43, 44 based on the measurement of the moisture content meter 46.
