Abstract:
To stably analyze fluorescent molecules in measuring the fluorescent molecules by FCS (fluorescence correlation spectroscopy).
A laser light source, an optical system for concentrating a laser beam from the laser light source on a sample to form a confocal region, an optical system for concentrating fluorescent light from the sample, and a photodetector for detecting the concentrated fluorescent light are provided. After irradiating the sample with the laser beam for a predetermined period of time, the fluorescent light from the sample is detected by the photodetector, and the fluorescence correlation analysis is performed. The inspection is performed by comprehensively combining a different analysis result obtained for the same sample.
