Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve S/N of a detection signal of a fluorescence detecting device.
SOLUTION: The excitation light from an excitation light source laser device 19 is projected into a detection region by a beam expander 21, a beam scanning element 23, a dichroic mirror 25, and an objective lens 27. The light from the detection region is condensed with the objective lens 27 to provide a parallel light which is sent to a removing filter 31 through the dichroic mirror 25. The filter 31 sends the light from the dichroic mirror 25 after removing an excitation light component. A lens 33 condenses a fluorescence from the filter 31 into a long hole of a slit 35. The fluorescence passing through the long hole of the slit 35 is projected on a concave-surface holographic grating 37. The grating 37 splits the fluorescence from the slit 35, which is imaged on a light receiving surface of a CCD39.
