Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform a cutting work with excellent accuracy at all times by providing a pair of cutters having a drum-typed cutting blade, a pair of movable tables for supporting the cutter, a moving and adjusting device for moving the movable table to the length and radius direction of a core material, and a casing connected with a suction pipe and capable of moving.
CONSTITUTION: A core material 4 is fixed by a clamping mechanism 16 and a second rotating motor 25 is driven. Prior to cutting work, a screw rod 34 is turned by a handle part 35 in order that the cutting blades of each cutter 30, 30 attached onto two movable tables 26, 26 come into contact with the outer periphery of the core material respectively. Subsequently, operational parts 29, 29 within the bottom plates 14, 14 serve to rotate screw shafts 28, 28 at a constant speed so that the movable tables 26, 26 are moved to the longitudinal direction of the core material 4. After moving the movable tables 26, 26 to other end of the core material 4, distance between the movable tables 26, 26 is expanded by the handle part 35 and a lid body 31 is closed and a file plate under the lid body 31 is put into contact therewith and then the operational parts 29, 29 are made rotate in other direction. The cutters 30, 30 and file plate are housed within a movable casing 39 and grinding dust is exhausted from the casing 39 through a suction pipe.
