To provide a fluorescence emitting tape-like object visually confirmed in the same way regardless of night and day, emitting intensive fluorescence and capable of being clearly seen at night, a marking and an artificial-turf-like materials.

The tape-like object is obtained by uniaxially stretching a multilayered strip-like material made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a light emitting substance emitting fluorescence is dispersed in the outer layer 3 thereof and pigment having a hue similar to the emitted light color of the light emitting substance is dispersed in the inner layer 2 thereof. A transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin is preferably stacked to the outer surface of the layer in which the light emitting substance emitting fluorescence is dispersed. The fluorescence emitting marking is formed by processing the fluorescence emitting tape-like object. The artificial-turf-like material is obtained by implanting the fluorescence emitting tape-like object in base cloth to form a turf-like object.
