Abstract:
To provide a fluorescence observing apparatus capable of reliably correcting the chromatic aberration due to prescribed wavelength light and the deviation of an optical axis occurring upon the adjustment of excited light.
The fluorescence observing apparatus is constituted such that the prescribed wavelength of light transmitted by an interference filter 11 is obtained from an inclination angle of the interference filter 11 and the surface shape of a variable mirror 14 is determined in accordance with the prescribed wavelength of light.
