PURPOSE: To allow different fluorescent solutions to be distributed and coated on the internal surface of fluroscent light tube by providing a compressor to pressurize the fluorescent solution in a spray container and a switching device to open and close nozzles for the fluorescent solution.
CONSTITUTION: Phosphor solution 2 is charged in the tank 1 and pressurized by the compressor 3. Then, the solution is supplied to the spraying container 10. Cleaned and dried fluorescent light tubes 6 are vertically mounted to the conveyor 7 and are sent to the right direction. When the tube 6 comes just beneath the container 10, rods 11a are pulled up to move the switching ring 11 upward so as to open the fluorescent solution nozzles 9. The solution 2 is sprayed from the nozzles 9 and falls on the internal surface of the tube 6 and is coated on it. The tubes 6 are dried, then is reveresed in position, and mounted on the conveyor 7. Then, similar operation is repeated by using a different fluorescent solution.
