Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorescent color converting film which suppresses the decomposition and quenching of a fluorescent dye by the attack of a radical generated from a polymerization initiator in photolithography and/or the growth radical of a reactive polyfunctional monomer and to obtain a fluorescent color converting filter using the film and an organic luminous element with the filter.
SOLUTION: The fluorescent color converting film has an organic fluorescent dye which absorbs light from a luminous body in the region from near UV to visible light and emits visible light of a different wavelength and a matrix resin which supports the fluorescent dye. The fluorescent dye is a fixed organic fluorescent dye included in a cyclodextrin derivative of formula I.
