Abstract:
To provide a fluorescent labeling dye requiring no bonding with a biological tissue recognition material.SOLUTION: A fluorescent labeling dye having an average particle size of a dye dispersion formed in the dye dispersion (dye dispersion I) obtained by adding a dye solution in which a fluorescent labeling dye is dissolved in an organic solvent to phosphate buffered saline (PBS) of 500 nm or less, and having an absorbance maintenance factor calculated by the following formula (I) of 0.5 or more. Formula (I) Absorbance maintenance ratio=A1/A0. In formula (I), A0 represents the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of a dye solution (dye solution I) obtained by dissolving a fluorescent labeling dye in an organic solvent, and A1 represents the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of a dye dispersion (dye dispersion II) obtained by adding the fluorescent labeling dye solution to PBS, where the dye concentrations of the dye solution I and dye dispersion II are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
