Abstract:

To prevent that a phosphor layer is peeled off by bend or the like due to an impact from the exterior and local heating.

In order to solve problems, the phosphor layer 104 is formed on the inner face of a glass bulb 2 via a protecting film 103, the protecting film 103 is formed in a layer form by melting a particle aggregate, and a partial particle state remains on a surface layer 103a of the phosphor layer 104 side in its melting layer 103b.
