Abstract:
To restrain degradation of lamp performance through improvement in the stability in a discharge state during lighting, using a simple structure.
The fluorescent lamp is provided with glass tube 5 in which an ionizable medium containing mercury is sealed, a transparent conductive film formed on an inner peripheral face of the glass tube 5, a protective film 7 formed by laminating it on the transparent film 7, and a phosphor luminous layer 8 formed by laminating it on the protective film. Particles of magnesium oxide for adsorbing impure gas inside the glass tube 5 are mixed to phosphor for the phosphor luminous layer 8.
