Abstract:
To aim at improvement of image recognition when a defect of a pin mounted on a base is detected by an image processing so as to enhance accuracy and efficiency of pin inspection.
A lipped-mold type fluorescent lamp 100 uses a coloring agent of either black or dark color as a base component for improving image recognition when a mounting defect of pins 112 to a base 110 is detected by carrying out an image processing of an image of the base 110 with pins 112 mounted around a projected part.
