Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent light source device capable of preventing laser beams from being radiated to the outside and capable of securing high safety.SOLUTION: A fluorescent light source device includes: an excitation light source comprising a semiconductor laser; a fluorescent body excited by laser beams from the excitation light source and for radiating fluorescent light; a concave reflection mirror for reflecting the fluorescent light radiated from the fluorescent body; and a window member for transmitting the fluorescent light reflected by the concave reflection mirror. Between the window member and the concave reflection mirror, a safety filter is provided having light shielding property with respect to the light in a wavelength region of the laser beams. The safety filter is preferably constituted by a flexible film having elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
