Abstract:
To provide an industrially advantageous manufacturing method of a red fluophor without using specific devices or risky conditions.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of Li(CaSr)MgSiN;Eu fluophor including burning a molded body of a powder having a composition adjusted to be Li(CaSr)MgSiN(x=0 to 0.06) by combining following (1) and (2), (2) and (3) or (1) and (4), and an Eu compound at 750 to 1250°C in a high pressure burning furnace with inner pressure of less than 1 MPa. (1) composite nitride of Li and one or more kind selected from Ca, Sr and Mg. (2) composite nitride of Si and one or more kind selected from Ca, Sr and Mg. (3) Li nitride.
