Abstract:
To obtain a fluorescent pigment composition that has excellent properties including various fastnesses and forms an image not affected by a recording medium (substrate).
The fluorescent pigment composition comprises organic fluorescent pigment and a resin. The fluorescent pigment is substantially in a white fine particle state in a visible light wavelength range.
