Abstract:
Novel fluorinated thiocarbamates of the formula in which R<1> is alkyl, cycloalkyl or optionally substituted aryl, R<2> and R<3> independently of one another are hydrogen or alkyl or R<1> and R<2> together are an alkylene chain and R<4> and R<5> independently of one another are hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, cycloalkyl or a saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted heterocyclic ring having 5 to 8 ring members, or R<4> and R<5> together with the adjacent nitrogen atom are an optionally substituted, saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring having 5 to 8 ring members, a process for the preparation of these novel substances, and their use as herbicides.
