PURPOSE: To obtain the subject copolymer having cyclohexane carboxylic acid vinyl ester structural unit, capable of forming a coating film excellent in acid resistance, weather resistance and scratch resistance while retaining adhesiveness, light-transmitting properties, hardness, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This copolymer contains (A) a fluoroolefin, (B) a cyclohexane carboxylic acid vinyl ester and (C) an OH group-containing polymerizable unsaturated monomer as essential structural units. Furthermore, the copolymer is composed of 10-80mol% of the component A, 2-80mol% of the component B and 2-80mol% of the component C and has 1000-50000 number-average molecular weight in an uncured state and chlorotrifluoroethylene is preferably used as the component A and e.g. a compound of the formula is preferably used as the component B.
