Abstract:
To provide a fluorine-containing cyclic sulfonyl imide salt having high heat resistance and low metal corrosiveness.SOLUTION: A fluorine-containing cyclic sulfonyl imide salt is represented by the general formula (1) {where each R may be the same or different to represent a fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group, n is an integer of 1-4, and M is Li, Na or K}. T1/T2 is 500 or more, which is the ratio between the sum T1 of integral values of peaks of the compound represented by the general formula (1) in 19F-NMR and the sum T2 of integral values of peaks of impurities characterized by appearing in the region of -115 ppm to -125 ppm as a single or plurality of doublet peak(s).SELECTED DRAWING: None
