Abstract:

To provide a new fluorine-containing compound, giving a highly water-repelling and oil-repelling property.

This fluorine-containing urethane compound is expressed by the general formula:I[NHC(=O)O((RfA1)X1O)aR1]m[NHC(=O)O((ClCH2)X2O)bR2]n [wherein. I is a group obtained by removing an isocyanate group from a polyisocyanate compound; Rf is a 3-21C perfluoroalkyl; X1, X2 are each a trivalent 2-5C straight chain or branched aliphatic group; A1 is a direct bond or a 1-21C divalent organic group; and R1 and R2 are each H or a 1-10C alkyl].
