Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine resin two-layer electric wire which is an easy manufacturing method, and is excellent in heat resistance, flexibility and flame resistance.SOLUTION: A fluorine resin two-layer electric wire (1) has an insulating layer (5) having a first layer (3) covering the outer periphery of a conductor (2) and a second layer (4) covering the outer periphery of the first layer. The first layer contains an uncrosslinked flexible resin having a flexural modulus of 300 Mpa or less as a main component, and the second layer contains a fluorine resin as a main component. Because the uncrosslinked flexible resin is used as the first layer (inner layer), and the fluorine resin is used as the second layer (outer layer), high heat resistance and flame resistance in addition to flexibility can be secured. The fluorine resin two-layer electric wire dispenses with a crosslinking step after molding with irradiation with an electron beam or the like, and accordingly manufacturing efficiency can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
