To provide a fluorofiber union cloth having excellent sliding property and suitable as a reinforcing material for a sliding material made of a durable composite material and provide a composite material made of the cloth.

The fluorofiber union cloth is a woven cloth produced by the combined weaving of a fluorofiber yarn and a high-strength fiber yarn having a tensile strength of ≥2 GPa wherein the fluorofiber covers ≥30% of either one surface of the cloth. The invention further provides a composite material composed of the union cloth.
