Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compound free from fear of ozonosphere destruction.
CONSTITUTION: The objective azeotropic composition and azeotrope-like composition each comprising 1,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluorocyclopentane and isopropanol. These compositions, free from any fear of ozonosphere destruction, can be made into compositions useful as detergent solvents or solvents for hydro-extracting drying.
