To provide a fluoroplastic (hereinafter referred as FP) or a latex including units induced from a nitrogen including curing part and a fluorinated monomer.
Processes for production of FP or the latex including units induced from the nitrogen including curing part and the fluorinated monomer, a curable mixture including FP and a fluoroelastomer rubber, a cured molded article, a latex mixture and FP are provided. The processes include (a) a step introducing a first polymeric composition including at least 60 wt.% of the fluorinated monomer in a polymerization reaction vessel, (b) a step polymerizing the composition in the reaction vessel, (c) a step introducing a second polymeric composition including at least 70 wt.% of the nitrogen including curing part monomer after addition of at least 80 wt.% of the first polymeric composition, and (d) a step for formation of FP by copolymerization of the nitrogen including curing part monomer and the fluorinated monomer.
