A low reflecting layer of the one layer coating system consists of vinylidene difluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene. In the two layer coating system, an upper coating layer consists of tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene difluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene or tetrafluoroethylene/perfluorodioxole and a lower coating layer consists of vinylidene difluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene, vinyl fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene, vinyl acetate/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoroisobutylene or tetrafluoroethylene-graft poly(vinyl alcohol). A new fluoropolymer composition is prepared for use in the coating systems and is prepared by copolymerization of vinyl acetate, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoroisobutylene.
