To provide a fluororesin-coated belt capable of restraining satisfactorily a satin finish defect from being generated, even when an unfixed image is pressed, and to provide a method of manufacturing the fluororesin-coated belt capable of obtaining easily the fluororesin-coated belt.
The fluororesin-coated belt includes a base material, an elastic layer, and a mold release layer comprising a fluroresin annular body, in this order, and has a surface of which the dynamic micro hardness is 1.00 or less, in a side formed with the mold release layer. The method of manufacturing the fluororesin-coated belt has a step of forming the elastic layer on the base material, a fluororesin coating step of forming the mold release layer by coating the fluroresin annular body onto the elastic layer, and a step of applying stretching processing to the mold release layer.
