Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. giving a coating film excellent in gloss, water repellency, oil resistance, hardness, etc., by compounding a specific fluoropolymer and a specific polyvalent metal compd. as the essential components. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. consists essentially of a fluoropolymer having an acid value of 5-50mg KOH/g (e.g. a polymer obtd. by reacting succinic anhydride with a copolymer obtd. by copolymerizing chlorotrifluoroethylene, cyclohexyl vinyl ether, ethyl vinyl ether, and omega-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether) and a polyvalent metal compd. capable of forming a metal cross-linkage (e.g. zinc acetate).
