Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fluororesin film-coated steel sheet which has high corrosion inhibitive and weather-proof properties and workability, and is best suited as an enclosure material.
CONSTITUTION: A fluororesin film-coated steel sheet is composed of a substrate 23 of zinc, aluminum or zinc-aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet and a chemically treated layer 21 formed on the outer surface of the substrate 2. In addition, the outer surface of the chemically treated layer 21 is coated with a foundation paint layer 3 containing 5 to 70wt.% of at least one kind of strontium chromate or caloium chromate as a rust inhibitive pigment for the non-volatile component of the resin. Further, the outer surface of the foundation paint layer 3 has an adhesive layer 4 not containing the rust inhibitive pigment, and a stained fluorine resin film 5 is attached through the adhesive layer 4.
