To obtain good adhesion to a base material without problems as a laminate by laminating a chemical treatment coat layer, an adhesive layer, and a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF) resin film layer, the content of which is specified in a weight ratio, in sequence on the surface of a zinc plated steel plate.
A zinc plated steel plate is used as a base material, and a chemical treatment coat is applied to improve adhesion to an adhesive layer. An acrylic resin containing a crosslinking catalyst or a silane coupling agent is used for the adhesive layer. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF) resin film layers comprise two PVdF resin film layers containing an acrylic resin. The content of the PVdF resin in the upper PVdF resin film layer is 0.5-0.8 in weight ratio, and the content of the PVdF resin content in the lower PVdF resin film layer is 0.1-0.5 in weight ratio. The two film layers are formed by a melt extrusion method to prevent the peeling between the films. Moreover, an ultraviolet resistant inorganic pigment is added to the upper PVdF resin film layer as coloring pigment.
