To provide a fluororesin metal laminate which has excellent interlayer adhesive properties and in which interlayer peeling scarcely occurs even by various secondary processing.
This fluororesin metal plate is obtained by so laminating a fluororesin on the surface of a metal material having a thermally modified film obtained by heat treating a coating film made of an epoxy resin, a fatty acid or a hydroxymethyl substituted phenol that the surface analytic pectrum measured by an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy satisfies the following requirements that (a) a relative element abundance ratio of carbon element of C1s spectra is 50 atomic % or more and that (b) C=O group of the relative abundance ratio obtained by respective wave analyses of functional groups of C=O, C-O, C=C-C=C, CH and C-C of C1s spectra is 4.0 atomic % or more and C-O group is 25 atomic % or more.
