Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a molding a film, a sheet or a tube having excellent frictional characteristics, conveyability while holding the nonstickiness of fluororesin by composing it of fluororesin composition containing specific wt.% of heat fusion fluororesin and fluororubber elastomer.
SOLUTION: The molding is formed of heat fusion fluororesin or preferably PFA (tetrafluoethylene-fluoroalkylvinyl ether copolymer resin) and fluoroelastomer or preferably fluororubber thermoplastic elastomer, and the molding is formed of fluororesin composition that the elastomer is present in the quantity of 1 to 60wt.% in total 100wt.% of the heat fusion fluororesin and fluororubber elastomer. Accordingly, the fluororesin tube of the fluororesin composition is used as the surface material of the roll having excellent non- stickiness, heat resistance, wear resistance of the original characteristics of the heat fusion fluororesin, excellent frictional characteristics and excellent conveyability.
