To provide a fluororesin powder coating composition having high light resistance and excellent in blocking resistance and smoothness of coated film in coating and fluororesin powder used for powder coating.

This fluororesin powder coating composition is obtained by using, as a main agent resin, fluorine-containing copolymer powder having core/shell structure and obtained by covering the surface of core particles composed of a fluorine-containing copolymer with shell particles composed of a (meth)acrylate resin, etc., having higher glass transition temperature than that of the core particles and combining the core particles with the shell particles. The core-shell structure is formed by seed polymerization using the fluorine- containing copolymer particles as seeds.
