To provide a method for synthesizing an objective organic molecule by using an organic/fluorous phase separation technique.
The synthesizing method comprises the steps of: (a) reacting a first organic compound with a first fluorination-reaction component, and bonding a fluorous group to the first organic compound to obtain a second fluorination-reaction component; (b) reacting the second fluorination-reaction component in a reaction scheme to obtain an objective fluorine-containing product; (c) separating the objective product from entire second organic compound/organic byproducts; and (d) reacting the fluorine-containing product and cleaving the fluorous group to obtain the objective organic product. Here, the fluorous group contains fluorine sufficient to form the fluorine-containing objective product from the second fluorination-reaction component in the reaction scheme, and the scheme has at least one reaction with at least the second organic compound separable from entire surplus second organic compound and the whole organic byproducts generated in the scheme by the organic/fluorous phase separation technique.
