PURPOSE: To automatically clean the clearance between a sanitary flushing device and a toilet bowl by providing, in the area of the rim of the toilet bowl and the upper surface of a placing base for sanitary flushing device in which the sanitary flushing device is placed, a groove for carrying flushing water from the rear of the area to the front and discharging it into the toilet bowl.
CONSTITUTION: A flapper valve 20 is generally closed to hold the water supply to a channel 17 and a groove 18 in the stopped state. When a user opens a solenoid valve 22b, the water from an aqueduct is carried only to the channel 17 by a pipeline 19 and a bypass pipeline 23, supplied to a water passage 16 on the inside of a rim, and fallen down on the inner wall of the whole circumference of a toilet bowl. The user opens the flapper valve 20 after stool, whereby the water in a feed tank 10 is forcibly carried into the toilet bowl through the water passage 17 to discharge filth, and the water from the feed tank 10 is also partially guided to a horizontal hole 19b by a branching piece 19c and carried into the groove 18. The water carried into the groove 18 is fallen in the groove 18 with a proper force to flush the sewage or urine penetrated into a clearance in a wide opening part and also flush the urine adhered to the vertical wall of the rear part of the rim, and fallen into the toilet bowl.
