PURPOSE: To wash the bowl surface securely with a relatively small amount of washing water without increasing the cost particularly, by feeding the washing water in the tangent direction of a circumferential rim water passage.
CONSTITUTION: On the whole periphery at the upper edge of a bowl surface 8 of a western style flush toilet, a rim water passage 6 having plural water injection holes 7 at the bottom is formed. At the bottom surface of a stool unit, a guide body is provided, by which a washing water is fed in the tangent direction of the water passage 6 through a raceway 4. As a result, the washing water is to flow through the circumferential water passage 6 to weaken the force of the water, and the bowl surface 8 washing force at the same level can be obtained by using the water of the amount smaller than the conventional flush stool. Furthermore, since a specific member and the like are not used, the manufacturing process is not made complicated, and the cost is also not increased.
