PURPOSE: To suppress the temperature rise of a terminal board low even when the terminal board is provided in a luminaire main body by arranging a heat shielding plate inserted with a lamp socket into a center hole at an interval above a reflector surrounding a lamp.
CONSTITUTION: A center hole 17 to be inserted with a lamp socket 8 is formed at the center section of a heat shielding plate 16, and the heat shielding plate 16 is held at the prescribed height position from a top plate 3. When a lamp 21 is lighted, part of the heat rays radiated from the lamp 21 are reflected by a reflector 20 and sent to the outside of a luminaire main body 1 together with visible light. The radiation heat by part of the heat rays absorbed by the reflector 20 is shielded against a terminal board 10 side by the heat shielding plate 16. The heat convection generated by the heating of the air in the luminaire main body 1 is blocked by the heat shielding plate 16 without flowing to the terminal board 10, the temperature rise around the terminal board 10 is suppressed, and the temperature rise of the terminal board 10 is suppressed low.
