Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized fluttering wind power generator of which power generating efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A fluttering wind power generator 1 comprises four vanes. The front side vanes 21, 22 are supported at supporting blocks 51, 52 rotatably attached to the front end of a front side oscillating shaft 42. Rear side vanes 23, 24 are supported at supporting blocks 53, 54 rotatably attached to the rear end of a rear side oscillating shaft 44. When one of a pair of front and rear vanes is set at a fallen position, the other one of a pair of vanes is attached to occupy the raised positions. There are provided magnets MG1a, MG1b, MG2a and MG2b in such a way that when each of the vanes is set at its fallen position, the front edge faces forward and when each of the vanes is placed at a raised position, the front edge faces rearward, and as to the supporting blocks 51, 52 for supporting the front vane, there are provided counter weights 91, 92 for turning the support block forward when the vane supported by the supporting block descends toward the position where the vane supported by the supporting block is fallen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
