Abstract:

To provide a Cr-Ni stainless steel flux-cored wire which is excellent in slag peelability, and capable of preventing the slag from being dropped even when a structure of various kinds of shapes and thickness is welded in the welding position such as vertical position or overhead position.

In a Cr-Ni stainless steel flux-cored wire in which the flux is filled in an outer shell made of austenitic stainless steel, the flux contains the raw bismuth in which the Bi content is 3-50wt.% per total weight of the raw bismuth. The Bi content per total weight of the wire is 0.01-0.15%.
