Abstract:
To provide a flux composition which can improve the cleaning property of a flux or can eliminate a cleaning process by improving a flux base.
In the flux for cream solder, which flux contains the flux base, a solvent, a thixotropic agent, and an active material, the flux base contains a ketone resin (A). The ketone resin (A) can be obtained by reacting formaldehyde with at least one of cyclohexane, acetophenone, methyl ethyl ketone, and methylcyclohexanone.
