Abstract:
To provide a preferable fly ash heating reformer capable of suitably performing temperature control in a rotary kiln and making fly ash high-quality one.SOLUTION: A heating reformer 1 is a device of reforming fly ash by self-heating unburned carbon on heating fly ash. This device is characterized a) by providing an unburned carbon self-burning region in a rotary kiln 30, and b) by providing a FA (fly ash) preheater 10, which heats fly ash before casting into the kiln 30 in a part pressure in the kiln 30 does not cover, and c) separately from the kiln 30, in a passage directing into the kiln 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
