Title:
FLY-BACK TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3102146
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a dielectric breakdown or the like due to the contact of a protruding fitment to other components in the interior of a fly-back transformer.
CONSTITUTION: A protruding fitment 13 provided with acute protrusions 19 and 23 is mounted on a substrate and at the same time, a wire connection is made to this fitment 13 in such a way that a high-voltage output voltage is generated in the fitment 13, conductive rubbers 20 and 24 are respectively thrusted into the protrusions 19 and 23 of the fitment 13 mounted on the substrate, protruding terminals of a focus volume and protrusions of high-voltage leads are respectively thrusted into the respective rubbers 20 and 24 and the electrical connection of the fitment with the substrate is made. Thereby, a delivery of conventional connection leads and a soldering work can be eliminated and as the fitment, in which the high voltage is generated, does never come into contact to other components, a dielectric breakdown is not generated and a stable fly-back transformer can be provided.
