Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the working properties of a fly weight device by connecting a rotary base which is attached to a rotary shaft and receives directly the tortional vibrations of the rotary shaft and a weight which has an oblique displacement owing to the centrifugal force via an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A rotary base 1 is connected to weight supporting member 3, i.e., a weight 6 via an elastic member 2 for prevention of vibrations. Thus the tortional vibrations of cam shaft 11 are effectively attenuated by the member 2 and therefore transmission of these tortional vibrations is extremely suppressed to the weight 6. As a result, the satisfactory working properties of a fly weight device Z are maintained regardless of the tortional vibrations of the shaft 11. Furthermore the maximum tilting position of the weight 6 is prescribed toward its diameter direction since a contact part 14 of the weight 6 has a contact with the member 2 not with the base 1. Thus the weight 6 tilts in response to the rotational diaslacement of the shaft 11 and no impact vibration is produced despite a collision occurred between the part 14 and the member 2.
