Abstract:
PURPOSE: To float and fly an object by universal repulsive force (anti-gravity) as unknown force other than universal gravitation, which is obtained from the earth (celestial body) by rotating the object at high speed near the earth (celestial body).
CONSTITUTION: A flying device is provided with a power unit 10 for high speed rotation, a high speed rotor 11, other loads (loading truck, person and cargo) 12 and a control unit (brake) 13 for high speed rotation.
