Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying processing device capable of being used for various applications at various kinds of setting at low cost with a simple and small structure.SOLUTION: The flying processing device comprises: a rotation shaft orthogonal to a transport direction in a surface parallel to the transport direction of a workpiece; a cam fixed to the rotation shaft; a forward/backward moving table for performing reciprocating motion in a direction same to the transport direction of the workpiece by the cam; and a processing device mounted on the forward/backward moving table. The rotation shaft is rotation controlled so that the forward/backward moving table moves at speed equal to transport speed of the workpiece for constant time, and only in the section the processing device performs processing to the workpiece.
