PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a hysteresis torque by generating the frictional force of a frictional damping mechanism by the springy force of a spring member held onto a holder and suppressing the generation of a pressing force in the axial direction on a clutch disc.

CONSTITUTION: In case of clutch engagement, a damper plate 68 is pressed towards a press-contact plate 64 by the springy force of a cone spring 70. The friction disc 66 of a frictional damping mechanism 60 is press-attached forward by the springy force of the cone spring 70, and the clutch plate 45 and the retaining plate 45a of a clutch disc 40 are prevented from being applied with an pressing force in the axial direction. Further, in case of clutch release, a frictional plate 17 and the second flywheel 20 are connected through the damper plate 68 of the frictional damping mechanism 60, and the resonance of the second flywheel 20 is prevented.
