Title:
FLYWHEEL MAGNET ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3428265
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change of size accuracy and reduction of magnetic path after manufacturing by attaching a permanent magnet and an artificial magnetic steel to an internal circumference of a flywheel at a predetermined interval, giving, to the artificial magnetic steel, the external shape similar to that of the permanent magnet and setting the weight of the magnetic steel to the value almost equal to the permanent magnet with a lightening hole.
SOLUTION: In a flywheel magnet rotor, an artificial magnetic steel 5 is formed of an arc-shape laminated material of steel plate 6 having external shape similar to a permanent magnet 3. Moreover, the artificial magnetic steel 5 is also formed in the same weight as the permanent magnet 3 with an lightening holes 7 provided with the predetermined internal in the circumference direction of each steel plate 6. Each steel plate 6 is simultaneously provided with the external shape and lightening hole 7 by a press. Each steel plate 6 is fixed each other by revetting, welding and bonding, etc. The artificial magnetic steel 5 is positioned by an axial direction positioning step part 4 which is provided for positioning the permanent magnet 3 in the axial direction of the internal circumference of circumference wall 1a of the flywheel 1 and then fixed with a bonding agent. Thereby, change of size accuracy after manufacture can be prevented and necessary magnetic path can be obtained easily.
